Hairwell 3% Oxidant colour developer - for perfect lashes and brows. To be used with Hairwell tints. 

Formulated to be used with Hairwell Eyelash Eyebrow Tints. Professional cream based formula allows for unsurpassed control of application and provides more security than using liquid developers, minimising spills or staining around the eye area! Creates intense colour that lasts between 4-6 weeks. Easy to apply 50ml dropper bottle provides up to 100 colour applications.
